- Portal Functions: Direct balance replenishment will pause; Service dashboard access will be temporarily halted.
- VPS TOT G and Shared Web Hosting: Existing services continue; Access via CloudGate (https://billing.tothost.vn) to utilize and recur; New self-purchases temporarily on hold.
- Cloud Server PAYG: Current servers unaffected; New server creation paused.
- To fund deposit or create / custumize Cloud Server PAYG, VPS TOT G and Shared Web Hosting, please send a ticket at CloudGate Service Portal to have assistance.
