2.1. How to get 40% off on service renew
- Step 1: Login to your TotHost account
- Step 2: Submit a ticket with the subject “FULLMOON” and note the information of the services needing to be renewed and the billing circle. For TOT M plans, don't forget to choose the annual billing circle to "upgrade" from 40% discount to 50% discount!
- Step 3: TOT Support Team would help you to create an invoice including the discount. And you just need to pay it as normal.
