For the purpose of system enhancement, the CloudApp portal will be temporarily suspended from August 11th, 2023. Services will resume upon further notice.

We would like to inform you that, for the purpose of system enhancement, the CloudApp portal (https://cloudapp.tothost.vn) will be temporarily suspended from August 11th, 2023. Services will resume upon further notice. During this period, the services on this portal will be affected as follows:

• Portal Functions: Direct balance replenishment will pause; Service dashboard access will be temporarily halted.
• VPS TOT G and Shared Web Hosting: Existing services continue; Access via CloudGate (https://billing.tothost.vn) to utilize and recur; New self-purchases temporarily on hold.
• Cloud Server PAYG: Current servers unaffected; New server creation paused.
• For operations, such as fund deposition, the creation/customization of Cloud Server PAYG, VPS TOT G, and Shared Web Hosting, please submit a ticket for assistance.
