– For Hosting, VPS, Server Services: You are warranted throughout the entire use process.
– Apply lifetime consulting service to any customer who needs to use the service.
– For data storage services at TotHost: We have at least 1 backup copy to serve internal management purposes.
– Customers must proactively back up to ensure safety in all situations.
– For TotHost's Cloud Server storage service: Customers proactively backup. TotHost commits to providing 100% of the resources of the service packages as stated.
– Commitment to refund in case of non-delivery due to outage.
– Commitment to refund 100% of the contract value (excluding fees incurred during the transaction) if the commitment is not fulfilled.
– Notify customers by email or text when there are any changes to services or service maintenance.
– TotHost ensures the highest level of security possible to ensure data safety for customers, except for newly discovered security errors and no patches from hardware/software manufacturers.
– Applicable services: Shared website hosting, Cloud VPS. Due to the nature of our industry, we do not offer refunds for dedicated servers. Note: Customers are responsible for paying money transfer fees and related administrative costs (if any).
– Within 7 days from the date of activating the service package, if you request to refund, TotHost will refund after reviewing and asking you to provide additional information to verify compatibility.
– After 7 days from the date of service activation, the balance after deducting monthly expenses will be added to the customer's TotHost account. This balance can only be used to purchase products at TotHost and cannot be converted into cash.
– 1-month subscription services will not apply a refund policy (return money) to the customer's bank account. However, we still support refunds to your TotHost account so you can register for another service.
– Each customer is only entitled to a refund once for each type of service eligible for refund, and this type of service the customer has never used at TotHost before.
– If the customer requesting a refund has one of the following information that matches TotHost's refunded customer/service data, the refund request will be rejected:
– Refund request will be rejected (neither 100% refund nor refund to registered account) if it falls into one of the following cases:
Customer is responsible for cancelling ALL recurring payment profiles.
– Please open a ticket to request refund or use the email which was used to registered TotHost account to send request to email support@tothost.vn
– Please clearly state the title of the refund request for which service. In the content section (if any), please fill in the reason for requesting a refund so that TotHost can recheck and further improve service quality.
– After 12h-24h we will receive the refund request and respond to you about the refund. Refunds will be added to the customer's account at TotHost to use the services.
