We are looking for a WHMCS Developer who has good experience working in the web hosting industry and specializes in WHMCS custom development.
WHMCS Developer Job Description
You should be comfortable in developing and integrating different types of add-on modules and customising templates in WHMCS. You should have good hands in API integration (REST/XML/RPC) and control panel software like WHM/cPanel etc and plain LAMP/LEMP(nginx) stack server.
You are required to be familiar with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries related to WHMCS, as well as WordPress (Core, Extensions, Modules, Theming, Plugins, APIs). You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
1. Responsibility:
- WHMCS and WordPress theme installations and basic configuration
- WHMCS and WordPress theme customization, redesigning and custom functionality development according to requirements, styles
- Apps, custom 3rd party tools and APIs integration
- Setup Product/Services or Top-Level-Domains (TLDs)
- Perform payment gateway setup configuration, server configuration and provisioning, cron job configuration
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Write technical documentation and report
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
2. Request:
- Familiarity with billing software WHMCS and Wordpress CMS
- College or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or relevant field
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Professional front end and backend coding (PHP/Javascript/Jquery, Ajax, XHTML/CSS)
- Proficient in PHP, AJAX, JavaScript such as AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, SQLServer2000, MySQL.
- Proven experience in using Git, system design is a plus
- Basic English communication skills
